Materials can be any size up to 16 feet wide by almost any length. Banners can be vinyl scrim or made of fabric. PDT offers scrim vinyl, mesh, block out, heavy gauge (18-ounce) and PET vinyl materials.
We offer various finishing techniques including grommets (bronze or nickel), pole pockets, hemming, sewing and Velcro.
Telescopic pole systems and retractable banner stand systems are available for sale or rent for displaying graphics as well.
Printing on paper up to 60 inches wide and on various substrates up to 4x8 feet, like foam board, poster board, gator board, PVC (plastic), polystyrene, plywood, aluminum, acrylic, etc. Posters can be single or double-sided depending on the substrate used. Lamination is also available to provide UV protection and media durability.
PDT also prints on backlit film for lightboxes up to 86 inches wide.
Vinyl with an adhesive back is a common material in the wide format industry. There are various types of adhesive-backed materials available depending on the specific application required. Barricades, wall graphics, window graphics, wallpapers and textured materials, floor graphics, vehicle wraps are all common applications. Decals and stickers are usually smaller applications that are available.
PDT has the ability to print with white ink, allowing us to offer printing on either clear adhesive vinyl, window cling or clear substrates like acrylics.
PDT can print on a variety of substrates, including various foam boards, aluminum, PVC, acrylic and wood. We also have the capability of cutting these printed projects into various shapes allowing for interesting design options.
PDT also offers a variety of custom vinyl wallpaper options to choose from.
PDT can create various types of interior and exterior signs. We can cut or route lettering and apply to various backings to create custom signage.
POS displays use a variety of stands and hanging hardware systems that PDT offers. PDT can create or fabricate signage meeting current ADA requirements, including braille and Rowmark.
Using the dye-sublimation process of printing, PDT is capable of producing bold, custom fabric signage. Trade show displays, feather flags, tablecloths and runners, step and repeat banners are common fabric uses. Because of this process, the ink is made part of the fabric, allowing brighter colors, lighter weight materials compared to vinyl banners, easy storage and cleaning. PDT can print on 10-foot bolts of polyester fabrics allowing for oversize, seamless graphics.
A common application is a fabric wall signage framing system referred to as Tension Fabric Displays (TFD), featuring sewn in Silicon edge keder and an aluminum extrusion framing system. Commonly used in Trade Show applications, PDT prints and finishes these graphics for lit and non-lit options.
